Paul is a Partner of CR3 Capital. He is responsible for origination, performing due diligence and working with portfolio companies on operational and strategic initiatives.  Paul is a member of the firm's investment committee.

Paul has over 15 years of experience leading and assisting under performing companies with the creation and implementation of turnaround and operational strategies in interim management and financial advisory capacities.

Prior to joining CR3 Capital, Paul was a founding member of CR3 Partners, a national turnaround and performance improvement firm. Paul's prior experience includes, Director at Deloitte CRG and Partner at CRG Partners Group,  and Lead Project Engineer at Texas Instruments and Lockheed Martin.

Paul holds a MBA from Texas Christian University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont. He has also pursued graduate study at Virginia Polytechnic University.
