Michael is a Principal at CR3 Capital. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

Michael has significant experience in middle market mergers & acquisitions, special situations, and financings.

Prior to joining CR3 Capital, Michael was a Director at CR3 Partners, a national turnaround and performance improvement firm. Previously, Michael was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where he was a member of the Industrials Group. Additionally, Michael worked for the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Houlihan Lokey as a Financial Analyst.  

Michael holds a BS in Engineering Management Science and a BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
