Joseph is a Partner at CR3 Capital. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Joseph is a member of the firm's investment committee.

Joseph has over 25 years experience in private equity investing, financing transactions and turnaround management. In addition, Joseph has extensive expertise in the food & beverage and consumer products sectors.

Prior to joining CR3 Capital, Joseph was a Partner and Managing Director of Kinetic Advisors, a national merchant banking firm focused on direct investments and corporate finance transactions. Previously, Joseph served as Managing Director of Silver Ventures where he managed a direct investment portfolio consisting of operating companies, hotels and real estate investments. Additionally, Joseph was a Partner at Corporate Revitalization Partners and spent 10 years with Arthur Andersen as Capital Markets Director and Corporate Recovery Manager. 

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia where he graduated magna cum laude.
